"As the Marshal of Law, my duty begins where negotiation ends. The Fermahin Ohana Ministry Trust operates in its own supreme, private jurisdiction, and this office is the wall that protects that boundary. We do not seek conflict, but we are fully prepared to secure what is ours. Whether it is recovering a private vessel unlawfully held by corporate actors or executing a binding judgment from our Ecclesiastical Tribunal, this office ensures that our Private Law is respected in the field. To any public official or private debt collector contemplating a trespass against this Ministry: take formal notice of our Book of Acts. We are watching, we are locked into the record, and we possess both the lawful right and the absolute resolve to defend our inheritance."
— Christian Fermahin, Marshal of Law
Fermahin Ohana Ministry Trust
The Office of the Marshal of Law is the supreme enforcement division of the Fermahin Ohana Ministry Trust. Operating under the direct authority of the Board of Trustees and the Ecclesiastical Tribunal, the Marshal is charged with the physical protection of Ministry Fiduciaries, the security of Trust land, and the enforcement of all lawful decrees. This department holds exclusive jurisdiction over the recovery of stolen or unlawfully detained Trust assets—including private vessels—and possesses the full authority to execute Certificates of Dishonor and levy liens directly against the commercial bonds of trespassing agents.
