APPLICABILITY & BINDING NOTICE
This page establishes the non-negotiable commercial rates for any and all unauthorized interactions, trespasses, or infringements committed against the Fermahin Ohana Ministry Trust, its Estate, its Fiduciaries, its Treasury Accounts (Nominees), or its Logistical Fleet (Motor Pool).
Operating as a sovereign body politic, this Ministry interacts with the public commercial system strictly on a conditional basis. Any public official, corporate agent, debt collector, or judicial entity who initiates contact, issues presentments, tracks assets, or interferes with Ministry vessels without prior express, wet-ink written authorization from the Board of Trustees explicitly consents to the billing rates and terms of contract set forth below.
THE LAW OF PERFORMANCE BY CONDUCT
NOTICE TO ALL AGENTS: This is a self-executing commercial contract. If you choose to trespass upon the assets, names, or property of this Trust after being given access to this record, your actions constitute full performance by conduct. Silence, non-response, or continued enforcement actions by your corporate entity signifies an unreserved, binding acceptance of these commercial terms. Invoices will be issued directly to the individual agent's public bond and the principal's corporate treasury.
ITEMIZED LIQUIDATED DAMAGES & INFRINGEMENT RATES
The following fees are assessed in lawful money per occurrence, per transaction, or per hour of ongoing violation, and are immediately ledgered as liquidated damages:
ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY (GOLD/SILVER COIN) OR ITS EQUIVALENT VALUATION.
I. ADMINISTRATIVE TRESPASS & UNAUTHORIZED DISCOVERY
CODE-AT-01: Unauthorized use of FOMT Name, Logo, or Copyright = FEE (PER OCCURRENCE/HOUR): $10,000.00 per use
CODE-AT-02: Unsolicited Administrative "Discovery" (Phone/Email/Mail) = FEE (PER OCCURRENCE/HOUR): $1,000.00 per hour
CODE-AT-03: Failure to provide "Oath of Office" upon Lawful Demand = FEE (PER OCCURRENCE/HOUR): $50,000.00
CODE-AT-04: Filing of a fraudulent or unverified lien against Trust Assets = FEE (PER OCCURRENCE/HOUR): $100,000.00
II. DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW
(Referencing the standards of 18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242 and 42 U.S.C. § 1983)
When an agent acts under "Color of Law" to deprive an Earthen Vessel of their Unalienable Rights, the following compensatory fees apply to the individual actor and their bonding agency:
CODE-CL-01: CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION; False Arrest / Kidnapping: Illegal restraint of the Vessel= FEE (PER INCIDENT): $250,000.00
CODE-CL-02: CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION; Incarceration: Every 24-hour period of illegal detention = FEE (PER INCIDENT): $100,000.00
CODE-CL-03: CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION; Assault/Battery: Physical force against the Earthen Vessel = FEE (PER INCIDENT): $500,000.00
CODE-CL-04: CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION; Theft of Substance: Illegal seizure/towing of Trust Assets = FEE (PER INCIDENT): $50,000.00 + $1k/day
CODE-CL-05: CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION; Interference with Ministry: Blocking Ecclesiastical work = FEE (PER INCIDENT): $25,000.00 per hour
CODE-CL-06: CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION; Deprivation of Rights (Color of Law): Any act by an agent to use statutory "authority" to bypass Trust protections. = FEE (PER INCIDENT): $250,000.00
CODE-CL-07: CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION; Conspiracy to Deprive Rights: Two or more agents coordinating, planning, or agreeing to trespass against the Trust/Vessel. = FEE (PER INCIDENT): $500,000.00
CODE-CL-08: CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION; Extortion under Color of Office: Demanding "fines," "fees," or "taxes" without proven jurisdiction or a verified contract. = FEE (PER INCIDENT): $100,000.00 or 3x the demand (whichever is greater)
III. TERMS OF PRESENTMENT & BOND ATTACHMENT
Payment Window: All invoices generated under this schedule are due and payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance.
Default Enforcement: Failure to settle the account within the specified timeframe constitutes a final commercial default. The Office of the Chancellor (DEPT 05) will immediately seal a Certificate of Dishonor, and the Office of the Exchequer (DEPT 03) will execute a Private Commercial Lien to be levied directly against the individual agent's public bond, corporate licensing, and organizational assets.
Finality of Record: These rates are absolute, established under private law, and are completely insulated from statutory court mitigation, reduction, or external corporate arbitration.
